Shopping and Tourism
Shopping and London - go together like a hand and a glove, there are so many places to go. To date I have visited Portobello Road Market - lots of stalls selling everything from an apple to a diamond ring, defiantly worth a visit but wear comfortable shoes!Camden Lock Market also worth a visit, again you can buy virtually everything there, loved the funky retro seating in the food area.
Brick Lane Market and Petticoat Lane Market, are both okay but nothing to brag about - I was also warned about what I took with me to these areas, apparently they have a big problem with pick pockets so don't take anything that you would be upset about losing, I was also advised to pay cash for everything.
Canary Wharf - great shops, haven't explored it in full yet, however lots of nice shops and nice places to sit and eat at a reasonable price (3 course meal for £10.50 at Cafe Rouge).
Bluewater - again a mixture of shops including John Lewis and House of Fraser, plenty of places to eat and drink but probably best avoided at a weekend unless you get there early.
